Going full circle on the trust v. will issue.

If you have a living trust you should still have a will.  If you have a will, you may need to have a testamentary trust within your will.   If you need a testamentary trust within your will, that may be a sign that you need a living trust.   If you need a living trust, you should have a will.  Full circle.   Having the right documents drving your estate plan dictates your success or failure in planning.
